It is not enough for a teaching to be true. It must be true for you.

Being a teacher is an on-going project marked with several watersheds. Probably, the most important landmark in a teacher’s journey is their initiation – when they are knighted as teachers.

Having received proper training is the first step and the most daring one. Any teacher needs to start off on the right foot and to do so they need training and mentoring.

Teaching requires mindfulness as well as heartfulness. So does training. As mentioned in the quote, a teaching must be true for you  if it is meant to be tied with success.

True training should take you beyond knowledge – which is firsthand experience.
